TecHub develops and maintains its own digital products. Accessing our platforms does not imply a service agreement unless otherwise specified in writing.

While our focus is on internal development, TecHub may occasionally engage in selected external collaborations. Any such partnership requires a mutual agreement defining scope, responsibilities, and expectations.

3. Payments and Licensing

Most TecHub platforms are offered as-is, either free or under specific licensing terms. Paid features or collaboration agreements, if applicable, will be clearly communicated prior to engagement.

All intellectual property related to our original products, including code, design, and branding, remains the property of TecHub unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal agreement.

5. No Service Guarantee

TecHub does not offer guaranteed support, maintenance, or availability unless agreed upon in writing. Our tools and platforms may evolve, change, or be discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TecHub shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Use of our tools is at your own discretion.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Enschede, Overijssel.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued interaction with our platforms implies acceptance of the latest terms.
